Aden.. The people of the Russian Village neighborhood in Khormaksar District are facing an environmental disaster

For about ten days, the people of the Russian Village neighborhood in Khormaksar District, Aden Governorate, have been facing a real environmental disaster, as sewage water has flooded the streets of the neighborhood, besieging their homes and preventing them from going out or even performing the prayer in the mosque.
The neighborhood residents appealed via social media to all competent authorities, including the local government and the board of directors, to save them from this disaster that threatens their health and environment, but to no avail.
The people of the neighborhood suffer from unpleasant odors and the spread of insects and mosquitoes due to overflowing sewage, and it has become difficult for them to leave their homes or even open windows due to the spread of diseases.
With the advent of the holy month of Ramadan, the suffering of the people of the neighborhood increases, as they are deprived of the atmosphere of the holy month due to this environmental disaster.
The people of the Russian Village neighborhood call on the responsible authorities to intervene urgently to save them from this disaster, and to find quick solutions to address the problem of sewage overflow, in order to preserve their health and the environment.
