The Ataq Court of First Instance in Shabwa Governorate issued its ruling today, Sunday, against the killer of the director of the health office in Bayhan, Sheikh Abdullah Al-Bani.
The court ruled the death penalty for the killer and 5 years in prison for five soldiers who participated in the clash with the builder and his guard on the last Eid al-Fitr day.
