Today, Saturday, Abyan Governorate witnessed an important event represented by the graduation of the heroic Martyr Abdul Latif Al-Sayyed Anti-Terrorism Battalion, in the presence of an elite group of security and military leaders, led by the Director of the Abyan Counter-Terrorism Service, Commander Abdul Rahman Al-Shanini.

The ceremony included a solemn military parade, in which the battalion demonstrated its high combat skills and efficiency in combating terrorism, amid warm applause from the audience, who expressed their admiration and appreciation for the efforts of this battalion in maintaining security and stability.

Commander Abdul Rahman Al-Shanini gave a speech on this occasion, in which he praised the martyr Al-Sayyid and his companions who sacrificed their lives in the fight against terrorism, stressing the continuation of the path of the martyrs until the scourge of terrorism is eradicated from its roots.

Al-Sheneni also urged the battalion members to exert more effort and perseverance, and to exercise a spirit of discipline and vigilance, to be a fortified shield against any terrorist threats that may target the security of the homeland and citizens.

The graduation of the Martyr Ghabdul Latif Al-Sayyid Anti-Terrorism Brigade comes within the framework of the tireless efforts made by the security services in Abyan Governorate to enhance security and stability, combat terrorism by various means, and send a strong message to everyone who dares to destabilize security or compromise the safety of the nation.

The ceremony was attended by a large number of security and military leaders, in addition to a large crowd of citizens who expressed their full support for the efforts to combat terrorism, and their appreciation for the heroic role played by the security services in preserving their security and stability.

The graduation of the Martyr Ghabd al-Latif al-Sayyid Brigade is considered a milestone in the fight against terrorism in Abyan Governorate, and an important step towards achieving the desired security and stability, and enhancing citizens’ confidence in the security services and their ability to protect them from any dangers or threats.
