A girl was killed while tampering with her father's weapon in Amran Governorate.

Local sources, in Habour Dhalima District, in Amran Governorate, said that the girl (G-G) died as a result of a bullet being fired from her father’s weapon (Kalashnikov) while she was playing with it yesterday evening, Sunday.

The sources explained that a bullet pierced the girl’s neck while she was playing with him, causing her to lose her life instantly.

The sources indicated that the girl was in a complicated relationship with her husband, who is from Saada Governorate, and was sitting in her father’s house, refusing to return to the marital home, which raised doubts about the truthfulness of the story presented by her family.

No clarification was issued by the security services affiliated with the Houthi militias in the directorate about the incident, which is the first of its kind, and which sparked panic among the people.
