The Governor of Hadramaut sponsors the signing of a memorandum to conduct 100 surgical operations at the Ibn Sina Authority to serve the indigent

The Governor of Hadhramaut, Mr. Mabkhout Mubarak bin Madi, today in Mukalla, sponsored the signing of a memorandum of understanding to implement a project for surgical operations for indigent patients at the Ibn Sina General Hospital in Mukalla.
Under the memorandum, the Silah Foundation for Development and the Visiting Doctor Development Foundation will fund the conduct of 100 general surgery surgeries at Ibn Sina Hospital, under the supervision of the Office of the Ministry of Public Health and Population.
This step comes to relieve distressed patients and create a community partnership between civil society organizations and the Ibn Sina Hospital Authority, and to embody the principles of social solidarity among members of society.
The Governor of Hadhramaut praised the interventions of civil society organizations to help the indigent and alleviate their suffering in this holy month and to serve patients and society, noting the aspiration to change the features of the face and essence of the Ibn Sina Authority, and supporting the local authority to support efforts to restore the authority’s glow to carry out its great humanitarian role.
The signing of the memorandum was attended by the Governorate’s Undersecretary for Financial and Administrative Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Salem Basrih, the General Director of the Office of the Ministry of Public Health and Population in the Hadhramaut Coast, Dr. Muhammad Saleh Al-Jumahi, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Visiting Physician, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Suwaini.
It was signed by the Chairman of the Ibn Sina Authority, Dr. Hussein Zein Al-Haddad, the Executive Director of the Visiting Doctor Development Foundation, Ali Omar Bajwa, and the Director of Health Programs Department at the Silah Foundation for Development, Dr. Muhammad Omar Bahitham.
