The security services in the city of Al-Shehr arrested two people who stole a motorcycle from Al-Ansar neighborhood in Al-Shaqaq, dismantled its contents, sold some of its spare parts, and kept others.

The operation to arrest the wanted persons came based on a report submitted by a citizen to the city center stating that his motorcycle had been stolen.

With the directives of the Director of Al-Shahr Security, Colonel Awad bin Akkas Al-Aubthani, the Criminal Investigation Department and the City Center to intensify search and investigation operations into this incident.

After extensive searches and investigations, the security services were able to arrest the wanted men, and motorcycle spare parts were seized in several places.

Inferences were collected in this case and the wanted persons were referred to the Public Prosecution to receive their just punishment.

The Director of Al-Shehr Security, Colonel Awad bin Akkas Al-Obathati, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the city center and criminal investigation for their efforts in arresting the wanted persons.

The security services are making strenuous security efforts to establish the foundations of security and stability and call on citizens to quickly report suspects to eliminate crime in all its forms.
