The Governor of Hadhramaut discusses procedures for releasing those convicted in non-serious cases

Mabkhout bin Madi, Governor of Hadhramaut, discussed the procedures for releasing prisoners who have served three-quarters or half of their sentences for non-serious cases, on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.
He discussed with the Chief Prosecutor of Hadhramaut Appeals, Judge Saleh Al-Saadi, and the Director of Security and Police in the Hadhramaut Coast, Brigadier General Moti’ Al-Menhali, arrangements for visiting the central correctional facilities in the governorate to discuss procedures for addressing the conditions of the insolvent, prisoners who have served three-quarters of their term, and prisoners whose sentences have expired and who remain subject to special rights.
