Al-Haid refuses to hand over the position of Chairman of the General Authority of the Free Zone to his successor (details and documents)

The former head of the Aden Free Zone Authority, Hassan Ahmed Al-Haid, refused to hand over the presidency of the authority to the new government-designated Dr. Sheikh Banafa, by Resolution No. 6 of 2024, as acting Chairman of the General Authority for the Free Zone, based on a memorandum from the judiciary.
The Minister of State, Governor of the capital, Aden, Ahmed Hamid Lamlas, was assigned to supervise the receipt and delivery, but Al-Haid faced the decision to change him with strong opposition, under the pretext that he came to the position by a republican decision.
An announcement was published in the official October 14 newspaper about changing the official seal of the Authority, stating: We would like to announce to government agencies, companies, bodies, government departments, the private sector, and individuals, legal and legal persons, that the previous seal has been canceled and the new seal of the General Authority for the Free Zone - Aden has been approved, and the new seal is in effect. From its date and not to approve any memorandums, correspondence, or anything else with the previous seal.
Informed sources indicated that Al-Haid has been evading the implementation of the Prime Minister’s decision for two months, which forced orders to prevent him from signing financial transactions and to change the official seal of the Authority.
(Reasons for changing the fence)
The reasons for changing the withdrawal came based on a memorandum from the Attorney General to the former Prime Minister directing him to suspend Hassan “Al-Haid” from work and appoint a replacement for him, in addition to Memorandum No. (48) of 2022 AD, dated 8/18/2022 AD, regarding the incidents committed as I described.
