Attending Houthi lectures in exchange for food baskets...a strategy to brainwash young people to attract them

Local sources reported that the Houthi leaders in Sana'a Governorate have committed to providing integrated food baskets to young people committed to attending lectures by the leader of the Houthi militia, Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, during the month of Ramadan.
Councils at the village and district levels have been equipped with the necessary equipment to present these lectures, in a step aimed at attracting young people.
This step comes amid reports indicating that Houthi leaders are seeking to brainwash young people with sectarian ideas, through ideological programs, lectures, and documentaries that support the group's agenda.
This step has sparked widespread controversy, as it is seen as having mobilizational dimensions and raising fears of its influence on youth and children with extremist ideas.
