PetroMasila Company has achieved remarkable successes and has assumed a leadership position locally and without competition in the accuracy and success of the electrical projects it implemented and supervised their implementation, whether in the capital, Aden, or in Hadramaut Governorate.

On the list of these projects is the 264 megawatt Aden power station, which entered service earlier, and it is also undertaking the process of implementing and supervising the construction of conversion stations that are on their way to enter service soon.

In this regard, PetroMasila Company announced the start of the final experimental examination phase for the stations, lines and equipment of the energy transmission and drainage network expansion project (132/33 kilovolts) in the city of Aden.

PetroMasila Company confirmed (in a press release) issued today that the technical crews began at the beginning of last week to carry out experimental tests for the Mansoura Substation (132/33 kilovolts) and conduct feedback to the Al-Haswa Substation using the equipment, transformers and overhead lines in the project. Final inspections of the project facilities will continue during the coming days and arrangements will be made to put them into service.

The statement explained that this strategic project includes the construction of substations (132/33 kilovolts) in Al-Haswa, Al-Mansoura and Khormaksar, the installation of control systems and electrical transformers, and the extension of overhead (aerial) transmission lines and ground cables, with all the necessary accessories and systems. It will contribute to enhancing the efficiency of the energy transmission and distribution network from power generation plants in the city of Aden. It also provides the basic infrastructure for any future expansions in power generation and transmission facilities.

It should be noted that PetroMasila Company is one of the leading companies in the field of installing, constructing and operating electrical stations and has a qualified and highly efficient local engineering and technical staff.
