Today, Wednesday, the Central Bank of Yemen stopped dealing with five banks, for violating the Central Bank’s instructions, and also ordered the suspension of dealing with their affiliated networks.
According to what was stated in the document circulated by the Central Bank on Wednesday, dealing with (Tadhamon Bank - Bank of Yemen and Kuwait - Al Amal Microfinance Bank - Shamil Bank of Yemen and Bahrain - Al Kuraimi Islamic Microfinance Bank) has been stopped.
The Central Bank confirmed that deterrent measures will be taken against those who violate the provisions of this circular.
