Hadramaut Prosecution releases 59 insolvent prisoners in the coast

Today, the Hadhramaut Governorate Prosecution Office released 59 prisoners from correctional facilities on the Hadhramaut coast, in implementation of the directives of President Dr. Rashad Muhammad Al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, and the Attorney General’s circular.
The Governor of Hadhramaut, Mr. Mabkhout Mubarak bin Madi, along with the Head of the Hadhramaut Appeals Prosecution, Judge Saleh Al-Saadi, and the heads of the specialized prosecutions, supervised the procedures of the Hadhramaut Appeals Prosecution and the Security and Correctional Departments by releasing 26 prisoners from the Central Correctional Facility in Mukalla out of 59 at the coast level, who apply. They must meet the conditions of release after the interventions of the local authority in the governorate in coordination with a number of charitable men in the Hadhramaut Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where public right inmates were released in non-serious cases for those who exceeded half the term, and for inmates whose cases do not affect the security of the homeland and who have served three-quarters of their sentence, and for Insolvent persons and those in debt in private rights, where their fines have been paid.
The Governor of Hadramaut directed the completion of these procedures in the Central Correctional Facility in the cities of Sayun and Al-Shahr and the entire governorate, in implementation of the decision of His Excellency the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, which is considered a law according to the Constitution, and based on the circular issued by His Excellency the Public Prosecutor, to reduce the burdens on inmates, and to take into account the conditions of those who are present. Including cases of conditional release.
In his speech to the released inmates, the governor congratulated them on the great month, and on the occasion of their release and on their eating breakfast this evening with their families and among their families, noting that the correctional facilities were established to preserve public and private rights, and the people of Hadhramaut were known for their honesty and good morals, and those who are released today must begin... Proceed in the path of repentance and return to the right path and be active elements of goodness in society.
