Al-Mahra police arrest an Ethiopian national accused of killing his wife

The police in the Shahn District of Al-Mahra Governorate arrested a 25-year-old Ethiopian national accused of killing his wife with a sharp knife.
The police explained that immediately after the body of the victim (Aisha Mahino Waqbo), an Ethiopian national at the age of twenty-two, arrived at the health center in the Shehn District, the criminal investigation and forensic evidence representative went to the health center and carried out inspection operations and procedures for the body, as it was found that she had been stabbed. In the back, left side, with a sharp object, which led to her immediate death.
The police carried out extensive searches and investigations, during which they were able to arrest the accused of the murder, the husband of the victim named (A, M, H, A), 25 years old, who fled after committing the murder.
The police explained that after obtaining a warrant or search from the Public Prosecution for the perpetrator’s house, they found a knife with traces of the victim’s blood on it in the perpetrator’s house.
The police in Al-Mahra Governorate indicated that they detained the accused for legal procedures pending the case, while the crime instrument was seized.
