The Houthi militia kidnaps a medical laboratory owner and two of his relatives in Ibb

The Houthi terrorist militia kidnapped the owner and director of medical laboratories in the Yemeni Ibb Governorate, and two of his relatives, as part of a series of violations that affected his organization, whose branches in the Hodeidah Governorate were seized.
Informed sources said that the Houthi militia kidnapped the director and owner of Al-Rawad Medical Laboratories, Dr. Samir Saif Dabaan, in addition to his brother Adel and one of his relatives called “Abdo Al-Ghurab,” who were present next to him at the time of the kidnapping, which took place late at night.
The sources added that security personnel affiliated with the Houthis in the city of Ibb kidnapped Dr. Dabaan under the pretext of a coercive order to bring him from a Houthi court in Hodeidah.
According to the sources, a dispute broke out between him and his partners, and as a result, the Houthi militia seized the two laboratory branches in Hodeidah and placed what is called “judicial guard” over them.
She added that a Houthi court held sessions in the absence of Dr. “Dabaan,” who was preoccupied with his son’s illness, and issued a ruling against him that was described as “unjust.”
During the past years, the Houthi terrorist militia confiscated dozens of institutions through the so-called judicial guard, which is the militia’s arm, to seize the property of citizens and its political opponents.
