The Undersecretary of Hadramaut Governorate, Mr. Hassan Salem Al-Jilani, inaugurated, this morning in Mukalla, the first real estate marketing exhibition in Hadhramout Governorate, organized by Al-Muna Trading and Services Company Limited, in the presence of a number of general directors of ministries’ offices on the Hadhramout coast, under the patronage of the Governor of Hadhramout Governorate, Mr. Mabkhout bin Madi. .

At the inauguration of the exhibition, in which a number of companies, offices, local and international real estate developers, real estate agents, financial institutions, and engineering and design companies participated, Agent Al-Jilani conveyed the greetings of the Governor of Hadhramaut, stressing the local authority’s interest in business aimed at strengthening the real estate sector and attracting more investors to Governorate.

The General Director of Al-Muna Trading and Services Company Limited, Ms. Mona Baghtian, indicated that the exhibition will continue on Sunday and Monday, corresponding to October 1 - 2, 2023 AD, and 26 companies, offices and real estate developers will participate in it, noting that the company intends to create an electronic application that connects all participating parties as a second phase of the exhibition. Baktian confirmed that the main idea of ​​the exhibition was to provide an integrated platform for real estate in Hadhramaut Governorate, enabling investors, buyers, developers, and real estate agents to communicate and interact together.

The exhibition aims to attract new investors to the governorate, which enhances economic development opportunities and creates new job opportunities, in addition to enhancing real estate awareness and exchanging ideas and experiences among participants.
