Preventing the entry of medicines in non-refrigerated containers into Yemen

Judge Wadah Badhib, Head of the Appeals Prosecution in Aden, issued a directive to be circulated to all customs ports prohibiting dealing and not allowing any type of medical medicine to enter the territory of the Republic if it was imported in non-refrigerated containers.
Judge Badhib’s directives included obligating importers Violators re-export medicines to the country of origin or destroy them at the importer’s own expense. If the violating importer objects, he will be brought to an urgent trial.
This comes to protect the health of citizens from treatments that enter through containers and are exposed to sunlight.
