Today, Sunday, in Buraiqa, the capital, Aden, a campaign was carried out to remove sandbars and dirt barriers in front of the Palace Hotel, as a continuation of the campaign to remove dust and waste on the main line of the district, which reached the Al-Maharam area and Al-Haswah station.
The campaign, which was implemented by the Cleaning and Improvement Fund for the City of Aden, is under the supervision of the Executive Director General, Eng. Commander Rashid Anam, with the participation of the Office of Public Works and Roads, in implementation of the directives of the leadership of the local authority in the capital, Aden, and the Buraiqa District, to remove waste and remove dust and obstacles from the main line to reduce traffic accidents and preserve the urban landscape of the district.
In a related context, and within the work of the Fund and the Public Works Office, and in implementation of the directives of the leadership of the local authority in the capital and the district, a massive campaign was undertaken to open the flood lanes in Al-Haswah leading to the sea, in preparation for any emergency following meteorological and climate change warnings in the region.
