The Southern Journalists and Media Syndicate mourned the death of broadcaster Adila Muhammad Ibrahim, who passed away (Thursday, September 28, 2023 AD) due to an incurable illness that had afflicted her for years.
The deceased, Adila Muhammad Ibrahim (90 years old), is considered one of the first generation of female media professionals. She is one of the Adenian women working in the audio and visual media after the founding generation. She is one of the broadcasters who left her clear mark on Aden Radio and Television, by producing and presenting programs, especially children’s programs, since the sixties and early seventies of the last century. She comes from an educated family. She is the wife of the late musician Jamil. Ghanem, and the mother of the late broadcaster, Jamila Jamil.
The Southern Press and Media Syndicate, in its condolences to the family of the deceased, expressed its sincere condolences and sympathy to the family of the deceased, to her colleagues at Aden Radio and Television, and to all media professionals along the southern map from Aden and Bab al-Mandab, to Al-Mahra and Socotra..., asking May God Almighty bless her with His vast mercy and forgiveness, dwell her in His spacious gardens, and inspire her family, relatives, colleagues, and lovers with patience and solace.
