A training and refresher course for camp members was concluded this morning at Benin Camp in the Second Military District, as part of the year’s training and combat readiness plan in order to raise the readiness of individuals.
At the closing ceremony, the camp commander, Lieutenant Colonel Ali Al-Sumhi, stressed the importance of training courses that contribute to enhancing the capabilities of individuals and giving them military skills, stressing the importance of permanent readiness of the armed forces in facing security challenges.
Lieutenant Colonel Al-Sumhi praised the high level of discipline and combat readiness of the camp members, stressing the success of the course and achieving the desired goals in developing and strengthening the capabilities of the camp force in accordance with the prepared plans and programmes.
It is worth noting that the course participants received many field training, combat and tactical strategies, and activities through which they learned how to deal with light and medium weapons, and apply the necessary security measures while using them.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, which was attended by a number of officers, officers and soldiers in the camp, those who excelled in the course were honored for the commitment and discipline they demonstrated to make the course a success.
