Al-Zubaidi and Tariq Saleh discuss the latest developments in the situation and the Houthi escalation in the Karsh and Al-Dhalea front

Major General Aidaroos Qasim Al-Zubaidi, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, President of the Southern Transitional Council, discussed with Brigadier General Tariq Saleh, Head of the Political Bureau of the National Resistance, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, in a telephone call today, Thursday, the latest developments in the military and economic situation.
Al-Zubaidi and Brigadier General Saleh affirmed their support for the Central Bank’s measures aimed at stopping Houthi tampering with the economy, by obligating commercial banks, Islamic banks, and microfinance banks to move their main centers to the capital, Aden.
The two sides reviewed the latest developments in the dangerous Houthi escalation on a number of fronts, especially the Karsh, Karsh, and Al-Dhalea fronts, as part of its attempts to disrupt international efforts to bring peace, and its efforts to implement the Iranian agenda aimed at controlling the region.
At the conclusion of the call, the two Vice-Chairmen of the Leadership Council reaffirmed the continued coordination of efforts between all national forces in the battle against the terrorist Houthi militias, militarily, politically, and economically, until victory is achieved.
