The Security Committee confirms that it has provided the necessary facilities to transfer banks to the capital, Aden

The Minister of State and Governor of the capital, Aden, Mr. Ahmed Hamid Lamlas, chaired a meeting of the security committee in the capital today, Thursday.
The meeting reviewed the performance of the security services and the level of implementation of the security plan during the holy month of Ramadan, in addition to reviewing the plan to secure the capital, Aden, during the days of Eid al-Fitr.
The meeting praised the level of discipline and readiness of the security services in implementing the insurance plan during the holy month, stressing in this context the need to maintain this level of vigilance and discipline in implementing the insurance plan during the Eid period, in order to ensure the facilitation and flow of traffic, secure breathing areas and parks, and provide A safe environment for the people of the capital and those arriving there to spend the Eid holiday.
At its meeting, the Security Committee discussed the decision of the Central Bank, which required all commercial banks, Islamic banks, and local and foreign microfinance banks operating in our country to move their main centers to the capital, Aden.
The committee announced its welcome of the decision, considering it a step in the right direction to stop the continuous deterioration in the value of the local currency and address imbalances in currency exchange rates, stressing in this context its full readiness to provide all necessary facilities to bank departments to ensure speed of transfer within the specified period
