 – Based on a research study conducted by academics from the University of Aden, College of Arts, Department of Geographic Information Systems and Remote Sensing, and a field study conducted by engineers from the Rock Hazards and Geotechnics Map Department at the Geological Survey and Mineral Resources Authority, the Authority issues a warning statement to residents of the Crater, Al-Mualla, and Al-Tawahi districts. , stressing the need to take steps to prepare and prepare to confront any potential floods that may be caused by heavy rains.

Steps for preparedness and preparedness:

Before the rain:

Cleaning flood drains: cleaning the bottoms of canals and sewers from any obstacles or debris that may impede the flow of water, and removing cars and waste from the bottoms of valleys.
