A Houthi projectile injured 3 children from one family, north of Al Dhalea

In a tragic incident, three children from the same family were injured as a result of the explosion of a projectile left over from the war by the Iranian-backed Houthi militias in the Al-Zubayriyat area, northwest of Qataba District, in Al-Dhalea Governorate.
According to a statement from Dr. Samih Hizam, Director of Zayed Al-Maidani Sanah Hospital, the two-and-a-half-year-old child, Asma Faisal Muhammad Massad, was injured by shrapnel in the head and legs, while the child Othman Faisal Muhammad Musad (16 years old) was injured by multiple shrapnel in his body, and the child Jamila Faisal Muhammad Musaad (17 years old) was also injured by shrapnel in various parts of her body.
Dr. Samih Hizam added that the child Asmaa was transferred for treatment in the capital, Aden, due to the seriousness of her condition, while the other two children are receiving treatment in the field hospital, and their condition is almost stable after receiving the necessary treatment.
The northern regions of Al-Dhalea Governorate are witnessing a continuous recurrence of these incidents as a result of the remnants of war and projectiles used by the terrorist Houthi militias targeting populated villages and towns in the areas of Hajar, Al-Fakher and Murais on an ongoing basis, as a result of which many civilian casualties have fallen, including dead and wounded, most of whom are women and children.
