The Nokhan security point of the Nokhan Camp Protection Battalion, northwest of the city of Ataq, was able to seize a large quantity of narcotic hashish amounting to (60) kilograms on Thursday.

During a search of a 2004 Hilux car, members of the point were able to arrest two people, one of whom was named (A.M.A.N) and the other (S.A.A) after finding an amount of narcotic hashish estimated at 60 kilograms.

The seized items were immediately seized and referred along with the accused to the competent security authorities to take the necessary legal measures.

For his part, Lieutenant Colonel Awad Ahmed Al-Jabwani, Commander of the Camp Protection Battalion, thanked all the personnel of the point for their high concern and the sense of security enjoyed by the protection soldiers in order to preserve the security of the governorate and the tranquility of its people.
