The Russian Defense Ministry said on Wednesday that Russia shot down 31 drones launched by Ukraine overnight in the Belgorod, Bryansk and Kursk regions adjacent to the border.
No information was reported about deaths, injuries, or damage.
The governor of the Russian Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, said via Telegram that Ukrainian forces fired cluster munitions at several villages in the region located in southern Russia.
He added that the attacks did not result in deaths or injuries, but they caused damage to a number of homes.
