The Prime Minister praises the Yemeni-Chinese relations and confirms the existence of promising prospects for partnership

Prime Minister, Dr. Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak, praised the depth and strength of the Yemeni-Chinese historical relations, and China’s steadfast support for the legitimate government and its support for the aspirations of the Yemenis to restore state institutions and end the human suffering caused by the terrorist Houthi militia.
This came during the Prime Minister’s reception, today, Tuesday, in the temporary capital, Aden, of the Chargé d’Affairs of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China to Yemen, Shao Zheng, where they discussed cooperation relations between the two friendly countries in various fields and mechanisms for developing and strengthening them, in addition to issues of interest. Common issues at the national, regional and international levels and the positions of the two countries towards them.
Dr. Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak pointed out that there are promising prospects for partnership with friends in the People’s Republic of China in many aspects, and the importance of activating joint plans in the development field, which were halted as a result of the war... stressing the keenness for joint bilateral relations to witness further prosperity. And growth during the coming period.
In turn, the Chargé d'Affaires of the Chinese Embassy reiterated his country's support for the Presidential Leadership Council and the Yemeni government, and its keenness to strengthen the bonds of partnership with Yemen in various fields. He reviewed aspects of Chinese support for Yemen at various levels, the latest of which is a medical grant that includes medical equipment and supplies, quality devices, and ambulances.
The meeting was attended by the Advisor to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Jamal Awad, and the Advisor to the Prime Minister, Ambassador Mujib Othman.
