Minister of Defense to the Chinese Embassy: Peace and the Houthi militia are two opposites that cannot meet

The Minister of Defense, Lieutenant General Mohsen Al-Daari, said that peace and the Houthi militia are two opposites that cannot meet. This came during a meeting today in the capital, Aden, with the Chinese Chargé d’Affairs to Yemen, Zhao Zheng.
The Minister of Defense welcomed the Chinese Chargé d'Affaires in Aden, praising the depth of Yemeni-Chinese relations and its firm position in supporting Yemen and its leadership.
Lieutenant General Al-Daari stressed that the stability of the region and international shipping routes depend on the security and stability of Yemen and the government’s control over the entire national territory and the restoration of state institutions, noting that the threat to global trade routes and the targeting of commercial ships by the Iranian-backed terrorist Houthi militia has affected everyone.
p>The Minister of Defense explained that peace and the Houthi militia are two opposites that cannot meet unless these militias are defeated militarily, recalling the agreements signed with them since their six wars in Saada and their exploitation of these agreements and pacts to mobilize, prepare for war, and ignite its fuse.
