An attack and an attempt to seize control of a ship off the port of Nishtun in Mahra

The British Maritime Trade Operations Authority reported that there had been an attempt to seize control of a ship off the port of Nishtun, in Al-Mahra Governorate, overlooking the Arabian Sea.
In details, the British Maritime Authority said that it had received “a report of an accident 177 nautical miles southeast of Nishtun, Yemen.”
The authority explained that “the report indicated that a small vehicle with 4 people on board was approaching one of the ships.”
The British Maritime Trade Operations Authority indicated that “the ship has become safe and has continued on its way, and the authorities are investigating.”
