The Ministry of Civil Service and Insurance announced next Wednesday an official holiday for all employees of public service units at the levels of central and local authorities on the occasion of International Labor Day.

Today, the Ministry of Civil Service issued Circular No. (4) for the year 2024 AD to all employees of public service units at the levels of the central and local authorities regarding the Labor Day holiday, May 1, 2024 AD.

The Ministry confirmed that next Wednesday, corresponding to May 1, 2024 AD, is an official holiday, on the occasion of International Workers’ Day, and next Thursday, corresponding to May 2, 2024 AD, is considered an official working day.
