The Ministry of Endowments confirms its warning to Hajj agencies to prevent the travel of anyone who does not hold an official Hajj visa

The Ministry of Endowments and Guidance in the temporary capital, Aden, confirmed today its strong warning to Hajj and Umrah agencies, preventing the passage of anyone who does not hold an official Hajj visa through the Hajj facilities approved by the Ministry’s Hajj and Umrah sector for the current season 1445 AH.
The Ministry explained that it will take strict legal measures against any facility or official involved in this, so that it does not affect the movement of pilgrims and does not infringe on their rights to bus seats or beds in pilgrims’ residences.
The Ministry also warned in its circular against bringing any person through the specified means of transportation for Yemeni pilgrims to Mecca, Medina, and the holy sites in Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah in any way.
The Ministry renewed its warning to citizens against any dealings with fake entities, people, misleading accounts or links on social media sites aimed at plundering their property, stealing their information, and violating their privacy.
She confirmed that subsistence services, camps, housing, and means of transportation are fees for which the pilgrim collects throughout his life so that he can perform his rituals with ease and comfort. It is forbidden by law and forbidden by law to violate the rights of others, so what if he is a pilgrim?!
In this regard, the Ministry referred to the Sharia fatwa issued by the Council of Senior Scholars in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which affirmed that the obligation to obtain a Hajj permit, and the commitment of those who go to the Holy Sites to do so, is consistent with the interest required by Sharia, as Sharia came to improve and multiply interests and prevent and reduce evils, and it explained that It is not permissible to go to Hajj without obtaining a permit, and the one who does it is sinning, and whoever is unable to obtain the permit is considered incapable.
