The Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi, arrived today, Monday, in the city of #Ma’rib, on an inspection visit, the first to the governorate, since the formation of the Presidential Leadership Council.

Alimi visited the College of Aviation and Air Defense, accompanied by Maj. Gen. Council member Sultan Al-Arada, and held a symbolic military parade there.

Alimi held a meeting for the leadership of the local authority in the governorate, in addition to holding meetings with military and security leaders and reviewing the conditions of the governorate, in light of Houthi military mobilizations.

Alimi's movements in Marib were not published on the government media for fear of targeting the Houthis, whose missiles target several areas in Yemen in addition to targeting international shipping lines in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden.
