A Houthi leader breaks his silence and describes his group as "the curse of history"

A Houthi leader described his group as the curse of history after it transgressed the citizens' living conditions and aspires to war again to escape its duty towards the Yemeni people, considering the militia part of the conspiracy being hatched against Yemen.
Saleh Habra, former head of the Political Council of the Houthi group, said in a series of tweets on his account on the “X” platform, “Our people are looking at you that you are thinking from the reality of your full stomachs.”
He added: “When you push us to think about wars, and force us to listen to your sermons about the culture of (killing and fighting), and the people are looking for the right to flour because of your theft and tampering, and the value of a carton of milk for their children and the right of medicine for their patients, then know that you are only pushing the people.”
Habra stressed the Houthi militia’s disdain for the Yemeni people, saying: “He belittles your minds and feelings, and you are seen as the curse of history on this country and the calamity that has befallen it. You are seen as having no difference between you and any foreign invader or colonizer. You are all creative in insulting him and taking pleasure in his groans, and that you Part of an international and regional conspiracy being hatched against Yemen.”
Habra concluded his tweets by saying: “Our people look at you that you are thinking from the reality of your overflowing stomachs and not from the reality of the stomachs of a people whom you have fed the oppression of need and the pain of suffering. Therefore, your silence is better for you and conceals your shame, because your words are no longer hidden from anyone, for everyone has known you and your actions and deception.” And he lied to you, and the practical reality proved to him that you are thieves and corrupt people, exaggerating the debt to deceive the simple and the poor.”
