Centcom announces the destruction of a Houthi march heading for two American ships in the Red Sea

The US Central Command, Centcom, said it destroyed a drone that was heading towards two American ships in the Red Sea.
Centcom said that its forces clashed yesterday evening with a march launched by the Houthis on a flight path towards the ships "USS Philippine Sea" and "USS Labon" in the Red Sea.
It continued: “It was determined that the drone represents an imminent threat to the United States and commercial ships in the region.”
It added, "No casualties or damage were reported by American, coalition, or commercial ships."
On Monday evening, the Houthi group announced that it had targeted two American destroyers in the Red Sea and an Israeli ship in the Indian Ocean with drones.
