Al-Dhalea Court of First Instance issues a death sentence against the convict, “Al-Sabai,” by firing squad

Al-Dhale’e Court of First Instance held its second public session this Thursday morning, headed by Judge Amin Muhammad Saleh, President of the Al-Dhale’e Court of First Instance, in the presence of the Deputy Prosecutor of Al-Dhale’e First Instance, Judge Mohsen Ali Muqbil, in the presence of the blood guardians and their lawyer, Muhammad Ahmed Hammoud Al-Houd, and in the presence of the accused murderer, Salah Abdul-Malik Saleh Naji Al-Sabai. And his lawyer, Riyad Saleh Ali Al-Nikahi, with a huge public presence from Al-Dhalea District, in the incident of the killing of the victim, Muhammad Obaid Ahmed Saleh, in the center of the city of Al-Dhalea.
The court heard what was presented by the accused’s lawyer, and listened to the response of the Public Prosecution and the response of the blood guardians’ lawyer, after which the case was closed and the case was reserved for judgment and pronouncement in the session, and the text was as follows:
First: Convicting the accused Salah Abdul Malik Saleh Naji Al-Sabai of the charge attributed to him of killing the murdered victim, Muhammad Obaid Ahmed Saleh - Thouba.
Second: Death penalty by firing squad
The accused murderer, Salah Abdul-Malik Saleh, Naji Al-Sabai, must receive retribution for killing the victim, Muhammad Obaid Ahmed Saleh.
Third: Confiscation of the crime instrument.
Fourth: The ruling obligating the convict to pay an amount of five hundred thousand Yemeni riyals as losses and fees of the case.
