The government renews its support for efforts and endeavors to achieve just peace

The Yemeni government renewed its support for regional and international efforts to achieve peace in the country.
This came in a speech by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs, Shaye’ al-Zindani, during the 15th session of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Summit in the Gambian capital, Banjul, published by the Prime Minister’s Office. On its website.
In his speech at the summit, Al-Zindani renewed “the legitimate government’s support for the efforts and endeavors that aim to achieve a just peace, based on the basic terms of reference agreed upon at the Arab, regional and international levels, which meet the aspirations of the Yemeni people for a decent life.”
Al-Zindani considered that “one of the foundations of lasting peace is the presence of a true partner who advances the interests of the people, believes in political partnership and equal rights for all, and abandons options of war and violence.”
