The Supreme Judicial Council approves the establishment of two prosecution offices for industry and commerce in Taiz and Hadramaut

The Supreme Judicial Council held its regular meeting today, Sunday, headed by His Eminence Judge Mohsen Yahya Taleb, President of the Council.
The Supreme Judicial Council approved the establishment of two specific primary prosecutors in the capitals of the governorates of Taiz and Hadramaut, called the Prosecution of Industry and Commerce, which is specialized in investigating, disposing of, and initiating criminal cases, crimes, and violations committed in violation of industry and commerce legislation.
The Council also approved the appointment of eight graduates of the Higher Judicial Institute in the sisterly Kingdom of Morocco, and granted them the rank of Prosecutor (B).
The Council also considered a number of grievances submitted to it by judges and members of the prosecution and took appropriate decisions regarding them.
The Council had reviewed its previous minutes and approved it.
