A social figure and a muezzin in the Grand Mosque in Halmin District, Lahj Governorate, was found slaughtered in an old house next to his house located in Habeel Al-Raida.

The sources said that citizens found Sheikh Musaed Nasser Al-Mas (Abu Nashwan), slaughtered on Helya Street in an old room in which he was sleeping next to the ground right away from his official residence in the district capital, Habil Al-Rayda, dreaming.

The sources indicated that Sheikh Musaed is considered one of the most popular social figures in the region, in addition to being the muezzin of the Grand Mosque in the city of Habil Al-Raydah, as this crime shook the residents of the region, and made people’s hearts sad for him.

Noting that the people of the region denounced this crime and said that it was alien to the region, and had never witnessed a heinous crime like it before.
