The death sentence was implemented, in implementation of the ruling of the Ataq Court of First Instance issued on 11/17/2021 AD, which convicted the accused and punished him with death by firing squad, and was confirmed by the Supreme Court of the Republic on 2/12/2023 AD, and after the approval of the Chairman of the Presidential Command Council. .

The implementation took place this morning in the presence of the Chief Prosecutor of the Shabwa Governorate Appeals Prosecution, Judge Dr. Saleh Ahmed Al-Madhaji, the Director General of the Shabwa Governorate Police, Brigadier General Fouad Muhammad Salem Al-Nasi, the Deputy Prosecutor of Etaq, Judge Dr. Muhammad Abdullah Duwaihan, the Deputy Prosecutor of Investigation and Prisons, Judge Ali Muhammad Al-Qarbou, and the Deputy Prosecutor of Etaq, Judge Dr. Muhammad Abdullah Duwaihan. The Director General of Shabwa Police, Brigadier General Ahmed Nasser Lahoul, the Director of Criminal Investigation, Colonel Abdul Karim Lamrouq, the Director of the Central Prison, Colonel Saleh Al-Dahboul, and a number of police officers and saints of blood.

An official source at the Public Prosecution in Shabwa Governorate confirmed that the implementation of the rulings in the governorate came after the efforts exerted by His Excellency the Public Prosecutor, Judge Qaher Mustafa Ali, and the Governor of Shabwa Governorate, Awad Muhammad bin Al-Wazir, in their keenness and acceleration of the procedures for approval before His Excellency the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, which was completed.
