Sheikh Othman Court of First Instance sentences a convict convicted of the murder of Rima to death by shooting her to death

Sheikh Othman Court of First Instance in Aden Governorate, today, Monday, headed by Judge Muhammad Ahmed Al-Mujali, President of the Court, heard nine criminal cases in a murder case in Criminal Case No. 22 of 1442 AH regarding the incident of premeditated murder
In the presence of the member of the prosecution, Sheikh Othman Tawfiq Dabwan, and the secretary of the sessions, Amjad Al-Tahri.
The court issued a ruling in the session, which stated the following:
First: The defendant (A.M.H.W.) was convicted of the murder charged against him, subject to the indictment.
Second: Punishing the convict with death by firing squad as retaliation for intentionally and aggressively killing the victim (H.A.A.).
Third: The convict shall be charged the losses and litigation fees of two hundred thousand Yemeni riyals.
Fourth: Return the case file to the Public Prosecution to act in accordance with the law.
