Local sources reported an attempt to assassinate the Secretary-General of the Journalists Syndicate, “Mohamed Shabita,” in the capital, Sana’a.
The sources indicated that Shubaita was shot, along with his son and one of his relatives.
The sources indicated that he was subsequently transferred to intensive care, while his son and one of his relatives were injured.
