Customs seized 78 unmanned aerial surveillance and stabilization devices

Sarfeet Customs employees, in cooperation with the security authorities, were able to seize 78 drone control and stabilization devices that were hidden in the pockets of a Toyota Innova.
The relevant department at the World Customs Organization stated that these devices give an advantage to unmanned aircraft, as they make them resistant to interference after being linked to GPS positioning devices.
The Director General of Sarfeet Customs, Mr. Ahmed Bakrit, stated that this seizure was the result of the training and qualification that customs employees received during the last period, which was sponsored by His Excellency the Minister of Finance, Mr. Salem Bin Brik, and the Head of the Customs Authority, Mr. Abdel Hakim Al-Qubati, in addition to cooperation with the security agencies operating within Port.
