The Director of the Anti-Narcotics Service of the Security Belt Forces, Lieutenant Colonel Mayas Haidara, said that the Anti-Narcotics Service of the Security Belt in Aden recently arrested girls promoting drugs in Aden.

Mayas confirmed that drug trafficking gangs have recently resorted to hiring some girls to promote drugs in an attempt to evade punishment and make it difficult to track down dealers.

Mayas, who was speaking to the Voice of the People program broadcast by Aden Al-Ghad Radio and presented by our colleague Ansar Ahmed, said that the anti-narcotics agency in the Security Belt Agency is playing a huge role in combating drugs, noting that the quantities seized are very large and huge, and quantities in the tons have been destroyed.

Mayas called on all families in Aden to pay attention to their children, monitor them, track them, observe their daily behavior, and pay attention to their girls, their friends, and the places they go.

Mayas Haider warned of the danger of the drug outbreak, stressing that the agency carried out 9 operations to destroy quantities of drugs under the supervision and implementation of the criminal prosecution.

Mayas said that the efforts of the Anti-Narcotics Service in the Security Belt are being supported and supervised by the leadership of the Security Belt Forces, represented by Brigadier General Mohsen Al-Wali, Commander of the Security Belt Forces.

Mayas called for the necessity of establishing a special center to treat addicts, stressing that a large portion of addicts are victims of organized gangs and were supposed to be treated before anything else.
