The Public Prosecution and the Al-Wadi and Sahra Police implement the death penalty sentence

The General Administration of Security and Police in Hadramaut Governorate, Al-Wadi and Al-Sahara, and the Public Prosecution implemented the legal retaliation ruling against the convict (A, M, L) for killing the victim, Saeed Sabit Lahmdi, from the people of Al-Qatn District, and this implementation is part of the plan to implement death sentences for criminal cases.
The implementation of the death sentence was based on the implementation of the ruling issued by the Cotton Court of First Instance No. (7) for the year 1438 AH, which was upheld by the Seiyun appeal and approved by the ruling of the Supreme Court, and on the directives of His Excellency the Public Prosecutor, including the progress of the implementation procedures and approved by the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council.
The execution was carried out after urging the guardians of blood to grant absolute pardon or on the condition of blood money, and they insisted on execution in accordance with the provisions. The execution of the death sentence was under the direct supervision of the Chief Prosecutor of Appeal, Judge / Muhammad Awad bin Ali Al-Haj, in the presence of the Deputy Prosecutor of Al-Qatn, Judge Ghazi bin Talib, and the Deputy Director General of Security. The police, Brigadier General Ali Al-Sa’i, the Director of the Department of Correction and Rehabilitation Branch, Captain Ali Bin Dahri, and a number of security men, sheikhs, notables, and blood relatives of the victim.
The rulings and their implementation come as a result of the efforts exerted by His Excellency the Public Prosecutor, Judge Qaher Mustafa Ali, in his keenness and acceleration of the procedures by ratifying them before His Excellency the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, which fulfilled for them their right to legal retribution from the convict, in compliance with the Almighty’s saying: (And for you in retaliation there is life, O you of understanding, that you may May you fear.)
