A former ambassador commented on a photo of patients in the courtyard of the Friendship Hospital in Aden. What did he say?

The former Yemeni ambassador, diplomat, Mustafa Ahmed Noman commented on a picture published of patients infected with the cholera epidemic and receiving treatment in the courtyard of the Friendship Teaching Hospital in the temporary capital, Aden.
Noman said in his previous post on “X” Twitter: This photo is not in Gaza... it is from the temporary capital, Aden!
He added, "Doctors took the patients out to the hospital courtyard due to the power outage because the temperature inside was higher. (The temperature in Aden exceeds 40 degrees Celsius).
And he added, “Does every official in this authority (of course they have no feeling or conscience), whether he is a hidden unionist or an apparent separatist, know that the Yemeni citizen is convinced that they are liars and thieves!? And he does not believe any of the false promises and deceptive pledges, nor does he believe that they swore.” The constitutional oath by placing the hand on the Qur’an! Is every official who calls for secession or dares to defend unity aware that every citizen, north and south, curses them day and night? And the matter belongs to God before and after.
