A detainee dies in a prison in Ma'rib, and the police explain the cause

Citizen Abdullah Khaled D Allah Al-Balili died hours after his arrest. He was found hanged inside the bathroom of the detention room, under mysterious circumstances, according to the Ma’rib police account.
The Ma'rib Governorate Police reported, according to a statement the secretaries received a copy of, revealing the details of the death of the citizen Abdullah Khaled Al-Bulaili, inside the Rawda Police Station, in circumstances it said were "suicide."
The police explained in a statement that Al-Balili was arrested last Tuesday evening, after being suspected of “his suspicious behavior and contradictory answers to security personnel’s questions.”
The statement added that Al-Balili was deposited and arrested at Rawda Police Station, where he ate dinner with the rest of the detainees, and the next morning, he ate breakfast, and he used to go to the bathroom a lot, according to the detainees’ testimonies, claiming that he was suffering from stomach pain.< /p>
The statement indicated that one of the detainees found Al-Balili hanged inside the bathroom, where he hung himself with his pants to the bathroom window of the detention room.
The police confirmed that the Public Prosecution had been informed of the incident, and upon its arrival, the detainees, the department officer, and the guard were investigated, and the Forensic Evidence Department also attended to document the incident.
The police stated that after completing the legal procedures, Al-Balili’s body was transferred to the military hospital, and his family was informed of the tragedy, where they came to the governorate and transported the body for burial.
