A consultative meeting that included security leaders from Aden Security, the Public Prosecution, the local authority, and the Ministry of Interior demanded the construction of another prison as a result of the overcrowding experienced by the central prison in the Mansoura District, especially the police and criminal investigation prisons.

The consultative meeting came up with a number of topics to strengthen security work, including the formation of a committee of security and prosecution to go to the prisons of the police departments in the Aden districts, to inspect the conditions of the prisoners, and to find solutions to accommodate them from the police departments to the central prison and to address the nutritional deficiency in the latter.

The consultative meeting recommended continuing the implementation of the plan to strengthen the security situation in the capital, Aden, by banning the movement of all types of motorcycles. The implementation of the campaign will begin on October 15 of this month, in support of the decisions of the Security Committee and the decision of the meeting that came out of the commanders of the military units on October 14.
