Engineer Qaid Rashid Anam, Director General of the Cleaning and City Improvement Fund, chaired a meeting in the presence of his Deputy for Financial and Administrative Affairs, Mr. Nabil Ghanem, Deputy Fahim Abbad for Cleaning Affairs, Muhammad Al-Abrash, Director of Cleaning for the First District, Arif Bayloul, Director of Cleaning for the Second District, and heads of cleaning departments in the directorates.
Engineer Rashid discussed the level of cleanliness in the directorates and presented a comprehensive assessment of it to those present, urging them to expand plans and make more efforts that in turn improve cleaning service, pay attention to the main streets and main lines, and deploy cleaners and dust spraying teams.
The Director General of the Cleaning Fund directed the heads of departments to arrange the route of cars in an orderly manner, divide the areas into squares, distribute the cleaning workers there, and activate the observers in order for them to play their role in monitoring and evaluating the work on a daily basis and correcting the errors that occur during the work.
For his part, Mr. Nabil Ghanem, Deputy Director General of the Fund for Financial and Administrative Affairs, praised the role of department heads and cleaning workers for their continuous efforts, and pointed out the presence of shortcomings in some sites, and this meeting today was devoted to discussing them in order to address them while developing work plans.
Fahim Abbad, Deputy Director General of the Fund for Cleaning Affairs, said that the next stage requires more efforts to be made to clean the city of Aden than it is today, and that the Fund’s leadership is not satisfied with the current level of cleanliness, and therefore efforts must be united and work arranged in a way befitting the status of the city of Aden.

The Director General of the Fund, Engineer Rashid, directed that the matter be dealt with and that the difficulties be overcome in order to serve the interests of cleanliness, with an emphasis on advancing work in the coming days.
