Mr. Muhammad Ali Yasser, Governor of Al-Mahra Governorate - Head of the Local Council, issued a decision appointing Brother Muhammad Omar bin Al-Sheikh Abu Bakr as Director of the Youth and Sports Office in Al-Ghaydah District.

Decision No. 34 of 2024 AD came to the Governor of Al-Mahra Governorate after reviewing the Local Authority Law No. (4) of 2000 AD and its executive regulations and the Civil Service Law No. (19) of 1991 AD and its executive regulations, and based on the presentation and nomination of the Director General of the Youth and Sports Office in the governorate.

The decision stipulates that any previous appointment or assignment shall be canceled and that it shall be effective from the date of its issuance and that it shall be notified to whoever is required to implement it.
