The Ministries of Endowments and Transport issue a statement about Houthi obstruction of transporting pilgrims by air

The Ministries of Endowments, Guidance, and Transport in the interim capital, Aden, issued an important statement regarding the obstruction by the terrorist Houthi militias of the arrangements for pilgrim services and air transportation for the 1445 AH season
Based on the directives of the political leadership represented by the Presidential Leadership Council, the government, through the Ministry of Endowments and Guidance, was keen to take all necessary measures and arrangements to serve our country’s pilgrims from an early stage, and to enable them to perform the Hajj with ease and ease. The Ministry of Endowments and Guidance set the standard of equality and equal opportunities. Among our Yemeni people from different groups and segments and from all governorates of the Republic without exception, and coordination with all concerned parties internally and externally, and among those measures is arranging and coordinating regarding air transport services with the brothers in the Ministry of Transport in the temporary capital, Aden, and opening all Yemeni airports, including the airport. Sanaa International Airport to alleviate the suffering incurred by Yemeni pilgrims due to travel and transportation by land, and this was the result of coordination and cooperation by the brotherly brothers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, who thankfully spared no effort in providing all facilities to Yemeni pilgrims. However, all these efforts and facilities collided with the arbitrary measures taken recently by the terrorist Houthi militia, without any justification or sense of responsibility, with the aim of impeding and impeding the performance of the religious duty, as it prevented the nominated establishments from carrying out their required role and exercised various types of pressure and blackmail against them and the rights of the pilgrims registered through them. And preventing it from paying the amounts for airline tickets with the aim of stealing the pilgrims’ money without taking into account the consequent deprivation of our country’s pilgrims from exercising their right to perform the fifth pillar of Islam.
In this regard, the Ministry of Endowments and Guidance, along with the Ministry of Transport in the temporary capital, Aden, are obligated to clarify this to local, regional and international public opinion, and hold the Houthi militias fully responsible for these actions that hinder the Yemeni pilgrim from performing the obligatory Hajj and Hajj rituals and the burdens that result from that. Large amounts of money that directly affect the guests of God and the establishments concerned with their services.
