A protest against the encroachment on the Orouba station and the lands of Sheikh Al-Hudaibi in Mansoura

Protesters from the people of Shabwa Governorate in Aden, political activists, and civil society activists in the Mansoura District / Aden, this Saturday morning, carried out a protest on the campus of the Al-Orouba Petroleum Services Station, in protest against the attack on the property of Sheikh Nasser Abd Rabbuh Al-Hudaibi, and their commencement of construction and rugs inside the campus of the affiliated petroleum station. He has no legal right.
In this regard, President Commander Aidaroos Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council and Deputy Chairman of the Leadership Council, directed the leadership of the local authority in the capital, Aden, to stop the innovations and resort to the judiciary and decide on the issue of seizing and expanding the lands of Sheikh Nasser Abd Rabbo Al-Hudaybi.
In the protest, which was called for by Sheikh Nasser Abd Rabbo Al-Hudaybi, he explained in detail the expansion, encroachment and construction work being carried out by influential people in light of the silence of the local authority of the capital city of Aden and the Land Protection Force in the governorate of Aden.
Sheikh Nasser Al-Hudaibi stated that there was a ruling from the Public Funds Court in 2010 that invalidated those construction, extension and encroachment works. Also, there were judicial orders from the Public Prosecution (recent) directing the halt of the developments directed to the competent authorities, but those authorities did not fulfill their duty regarding these developments. Note that the orders issued by the prosecution ordered construction work to be halted until the final judicial broadcast, noting that the initial judicial rulings ruled in favor of Sheikh Nasser Al-Hudaybi.
The protesters warned of the consequences of leaving the matter unresolved and of (trustworthy) intervention from the local authorities in Aden and the security agencies concerned with land problems. The protesters held responsibility for any repercussions caused by the local authorities in the capital, Aden, and the security agencies concerned with lands.
The protesters considered their protest as a report to the Public Prosecutor in which they disavowed their responsibility for what would result from the failure of the competent authorities (local and security) to settle the problem legally.
